    @Mike Walte

    Thanks, Mike for the update. I figured as YouTube matures, so will their moderation team and their accuracy. Though, the Wisdom of Crowds (community reporting) mechanisms aren't perfect, I think it's reasonable. Not everyone needs to host their videos on YouTube... so naturally competitors like Viddler, Veoh, Revver will compete for those who upload questionable videos.

    I like to think the account tenure on YouTube *should* be held in consideration before terminating them. I don't intend that to mean they make old accounts immune, but warn them so they set the right example for the community.

    One thing I love - YouTube does not remove videos for profanity. Big advancement from the blue triangle days.

    What do you think about YouTube’s TOS Enforcement?

    LOL! What ENFORCEMENT?? What they DO enforce, it's usually invalid (false copyright claims & someone repeatably reports someone that you just 'do not like', until they are falsely suspended).

    Since this blog post, however. It has gotten BETTER. You can't get someone suspended AS EASILY.
