One of my social media heroes, Chris Brogan, has a book out today which has every marketer, social media professional and community manager talking about it. Seth Godin shared his strong support of Trust Agents, so that means a lot. Even if the content isn’t a complete revelation, Chris Brogan’s knowledge is strong and he invested a lot of time and effort into this publication. Even with out reading it, I fully endorse this book since Brogan is a guy I trust. Many rave reviews have poured in via Twitter for Trust Agents.
Buy it now. I just did. I will read it and publish my well-thought review on it when I get it.
Trust Agents is a great book for any person in a company looking to ethically, emphatically and genuinely win the hearts of others.

Did you finish this book? Are you going to post a review? I've seen some mixed viewpoints and would like to read your take on it. Certainly, the Seth Godin endorsement helps, but it's getting more important to spend time and money on the most-helpful books today.
