I agree, criminal activity is criminal activity and there are already methods to handle it. This only further supports my position that providers should have to feel liable in these situations... (and look, I didn't even have to cite the Communications Decency Act...)

		<description>Of course the person who posted the ad is mostly to blame, but I also tend to lay some blame on the people who raided this guy's house. Do these "people" have absolutely _no_ common sense? One of them  had the gall to show the owner a printout from the website and claim they "had the right" to strip the house and take everything not locked down (plus some things that _were_ locked down - like his water heater)?!?</description>
