Robert Scobleizer believes Microsoft is the real “loser” after bailing out of the acquisition of Yahoo. I disagree, I mean, you can’t dispute the facts. Investors invest because of longevity and ROI, and clearly Yahoo missed their mark.

Microhoo: No Deal

MicrohooYesterday, Microsoft announced they have withdrawn their offer to acquire Yahoo. After much push and pull, the saga is finally over. On the other hand, Yahoo and Google appear to have solidified their partnership for online advertising.

Microhoo: My Open Letter to YHOO On Possible TWX Acquisition

After the numerous attempts from Microsoft to acquire Yahoo, Yahoo makes a bold move to use Google’s advertising platform while they work things out. In addition to this, TimeWarner and Yahoo have been in talks and it’s expected an offer may come out next Wednesday for the shareholders: YHOO + TWX or YHOO + MSFT. More »

Microhoo: Yahoo Raises the Stakes (Again)
