T-Mobile to Launch Google Android (G1); VZ Nixes Contracts

The wireless industry has two major news for consumers. For one, the iPhone has some healthy competition from Google’s Android phone which T-Mobile will be the carrier and will be released today. Should I Get an iPhone 3G?

I’ve been seriously contemplating purchasing the iPhone 3G. I’ve never had my finger so close the trigger in this impulse buy, but again I must evaluate this decision objectively.
