YouTube recently announced a few changes in their Terms of Service (TOS) enforcement for misbehaving users. The changes will affect a lot of users in the way they are sanctioned for inappropriate activity.
I have a new friend — or do I? After I logged into Facebook, I was presented with a rather nice looking female who found me and wants to be friends. Oh, joy!
Angela Garbarino was arrested on a DWI charge and demanded to seek legal counsel. Instead of providing her the opportunity to speak with an attorney, she was beaten up and left in a pool of blood. The arresting officer states she “fell accidentally.” Yet another fine example of abuse from power-hungry police.
