Sleep

I had a nice long sleep yesterday. I’m very content from that. Its amazing how important sleep is. I did a little research on sleep. During sleep,growth and rejuvenation of the organism’s (in this case, Mammals) immune, nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems. Sleep also restores neurons and increases production of brain proteins and certain hormones.

I guess the conflict we set ourselves, is our society’s requirements to constantly do tasks and things.
