Let's take Boxely for example. I have very minimal coding experience in anything outside of PHP, ASP and VB. Boxely is simply a markup language using 'boxes' and javascript. These can be rendered to some pretty awesome applications. 

I agree that HTML coders, don't get the ability to slap "programmer" on their resume; programming languages like Boxely blurs the line so even novices can make stuff.</description>

		<description>It's called "HT_M_L" and not "HT_P_L" for a reason.  Marking up text is NOT programming.  That's like saying someone using Microsoft Word, selecting text and hitting Ctrl-B (to make it bold), is "programming" using an IDE!

Repeat after me: Marking up text is not programming.</description>
