The changes in the feedback aim to empower bidders so they don't need to fear leaving negative feedback. The changes in the feedback aim to empower bidders so they don’t need to fear leaving negative feedback. However, I read nothing about improved escrow or arbitration services — which is probably what you went through in your experience.

LOL. Wouldn't you know it? I had a bad experience on eBay. I don't totally blame eBay for the bad experience I had with a seller, but I do blame them for the laxness with which they handled my complaint. I closed my account and vowed <b><i>never</i></b> to buy anything on eBay again, no matter how tempting it looked. So, I do hope that the changes at eBay will improve conditions either way and hooray for the feedback at eBay being revamped! P.S. Your blogs and websites are so nice and professional looking!
