I could list dozens of cars that come from the factory with gobs more horsepower than what a twenty-something has put under the hood of his Civic. 

The BMW M3 four door sedan comes off the factory line with 414hp. It's bigger brother comes off the floor with a 500hp V-10.

"Power" is one of the major selling points for the car manufacturers these days. Is this cop's next move to take on the auto industry? I think he'd lose that one.

I agree with you Joe; time would be better spent by the police force tracking down violent criminals and molesters.</description>
